The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medicine offenses.
He will now be the subject of a report to the general public Prosecution Service.
The search was brought out by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement office, Peter Moore, stated: "It is vital that we get the message throughout that unlicensed medications can be harmful.
"These kinds of items being offered, generally online, have gone through no quality assurance and there can be no assurance about their safety.
"You just do not know what you are taking or the conditions these items were made in. More notably, you do not know the impact drugs like this may have on your health."
